The master bedroom has a queen size bed set with quality linen, ample wardrobe and storage space and has a wonderful ensuite bathroom.I said "wonderful" ensuite - well check out the view from your bathtub!! The ensuite has  the bath, a handbasin, toilet and walk in shower. Of course the blind can be pulled to maintain your privacy - or opened to look across the lounge and south to the Ocean.

This is no beach side shack - instead a super quality, 3 bedroom spacious modern Apartment with panoramic views - ideal for a romantic week end for two or a social trip away for two couples or even bring a few children if you must. Large enough that you can have your "own space" or enjoy a long stay thru winter.

The space

The perfect base to explore this most beautiful part of Victoria and Southern Australia. Located a little over an hour from Geelong (or 2 1/2 hours from Melbourne) Lorne is special - in summer hosting the famous Pier to Pub swim and glorious summer days - in winter perfect for peace and quiet and walks in the forest or along the Ship wreck trail.

Guest access

This apartment is a complete package, three full bedrooms and two bathrooms, Lounge, dining Kitchen and balcony. Note well - a booking for two only is a booking for one bedroom. The other bedrooms will be locked.

Interaction with guests

This is your private get away, if you need guidance - I am happy to assist otherwise enjoy the peace and quiet.

Other things to note

Strictly No Pets - there is no exemption - No cats - cats are pets.
There is strictly no smoking inside or by the door. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

- Please make special note - no pets are allowed - if pets are reported to be on the property you will forfeit the rest of your stay and face immediate eviction.
- You are booking for a specific number of guests, our price structure make a stay for two guests cheaper than for 4 guests or 7 guests, it makes sense so if you book for two - only two people may stay. Breaches will automatically incur a 100% charge against your prior payment. Instead just tell me how many people are coming.

A tastefully decorated and very comfortable apartment with an amazing view from the main living area and bathroom. Had a really relaxing stay, with all the amenities we needed. Enjoyed being slightly away from the centre of Lorne, but still within easy walking distance - a short, beautiful beachside walk. We would recommend this place.

Jon's communication was excellent. My fiance and I stayed here with two friends for the Great Ocean Road marathon. It was easy to pick up the keys in Geelong on the way down. The location is ideal, short walk to town, amazing sea views, very clean and open space living. I couldn't recommend it more and found it to be good value. Thanks, Mark and Jo
