Bank Chambers is a conversion of the upper floors of a Grade II listed building that was one of the oldest bank buildings outside London. Built in 1881 of red brick construction as a statement of prosperity, instead of the more commonly used stone of the Georgian era, the building sits prominently above its surroundings in the centre of the market town of Knaresborough in North Yorkshire.
Considered by our guests to be the ideal 'couples' apartment. Apartment 3 is on the third floor, and whilst slightly smaller overall than apartments 2 and 4, is configured with two double bedrooms, both with views far over the Yorkshire Dales. The kitchen-diner includes a double sofa bed for occasional use. The shower room has a large shower tray and dual head shower.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
Interaction with guests
In Hot Property operate smart locks with the ability to check guests in remotely. We enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and where we can, we try to meet guests to show them around the apartment. However, this is not always possible so we provide a warm welcome pack with our tablet devices that have a short video providing more details of the apartment.
Other things to note
Apartment 3 is up several flights of stairs (72 in total) so we wouldn't recommend this apartment to elderly guests. For this reason, unfortunately, this apartment is also not suitable for disabled guests.

Brothers, Rob & Mark Hodgkiss formed their company, In Hot Property, in the spring of 2016. In Hot Property operates sophisticated short stay rentals in London, Yorkshire and Norfolk. We are both family orientated and love travelling in the UK and abroad. We absolutely love being able to offer a great alternative to expensive hotels for family holidays and allowing a home from home experience without having to pack everything including the kitchen sink. We don't just cater for families, with our flexible check-in times and remote access, this is a great alternative for business travellers and groups.
