Bank Chambers is a conversion of the upper floors of a Grade II listed building that was one of the oldest bank buildings outside London. Built in 1881 of red brick construction as a statement of prosperity, instead of the more commonly used stone of the Georgian era, the building sits prominently above its surroundings in the centre of the market town of Knaresborough in North Yorkshire.
Apartment 4 is on the third floor, and is an ideal 2 bedroom apartment for family guests or groups with young children. Consisting of a double bedroom with adjoining walk in wardrobe or children’s cot space and a second bedroom with adult sized bunk beds. The kitchen-diner includes a double sofa bed for occasional use. The spacious bathroom has a bath and overhead dual head shower.
Guests will have access to the full apartment.
Interaction with guests
In Hot Property operate smart locks with the ability to check guests in remotely. We enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and where we can, we try to meet guests to show them around the apartment. However, this is not always possible so we provide a warm welcome pack with our tablet devices that have a short video providing more details of the apartment.
Other things to note
With spectacular views and Grade II listed buildings, come quite a few stairs, 72 in total. For this reason, unfortunately, we don't recommend this apartment for disabled or elderly guests.
