The villa is individually constructed with separated gardens and gates, offering a private pool and all necessary indoor and outdoor facilities.
The construction is respecting local architecture, making use of local materials (wood, marble, stones, etc), innovatively combining tradition and contemprorary accomodation needs. By selecting the island's best craftsmen, we have managed to achieve the best integration of Naxos Rock Villas into the lean and envigorating Aegean islands countryside.

After trawling through the other 'luxury' accommodation available on Naxos, we were thrilled to find this newly completed villa in one of our internet searches. Our searches indicated that this was much better bang for buck than the other luxury options in Naxos and we're so pleased we opted to stay. Our five nights at the Aelous villa in August/September 2017 exceeded our expectations and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We tend to split our accommodation on holidays between resorts and self-contained accommodation. Despite being self-contained, the Aeolus villa felt much nicer than a resort and we certainly were well looked after. The service was exactly what we would expect from a hotel. The family who own the villa truly understand the meaning of 'filoxenia' (hospitality) and from the time we arrived, were great hosts. They had tips for local attractions, gave us some lovely local produce and coffee for breakfast and even collected us/dropped us at the Port when we left. As for the actual villa, it was like a home away from home. Immaculately clean, inside and out. Incredibly well appointed - we had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and snacks, swim in the pool and enjoy the unusually large infinity pool. We could have cooked our own meals too - the villa has everything you'd expect from a well-appointed kitchen. The furniture was lovely and it was very convenient having two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs (which we could use after swimming). The villa was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were so lovely that it felt like we were being hosted by family. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool is a great size for Greek self-contained accommodation. Four people could easily swim around comfortably. It also has spa jets and a spa type corner and one particular jet that can be used for exercising (swimming against a strong current). And that view! Well, it speaks for itself. It comes into its own at sunrise, sunset and in the evening (where you can see twinkling lights in the Chora, villages in the mountains and also the shimmering lights in the beachside spots of Ag. Anna and Ag. Prokopios). Although it's also magnificent 180 degree view during the heat of the day. That Aegean ocean is gorgeous! We rather felt like throwing a party in the outdoor area. It was so well appointed with lounge areas, comfy pool lounges, a great sized outdoor table and some serious cooking areas - a charcoal grill and pizza oven. My husband and I visited for a friends wedding and first spent some time in another spot at Ag. Anna, right opposite the beach. It was great to balance our beach stay with some time up on the hill at Stellida. We didn't rent a car, preferring to use the excellent taxi service recommended by our hosts at Aeolus villa. We also enjoyed getting some exercise walking down to Ag. Prokopios beach - about a 10...

Our stay at the Naxos Rock Villas was the highlight of our trip to Greece. The villas are located across the bay from Naxos town and has an AMAZING view of the mountains, the main town and the sea. Zena and her son Spyros are great hosts and they truly make you feel like you are visiting family. They came by with fresh eggs (hatched the same day), fresh desserts and local cheese which were all delicious. They were very helpful with reccomendations on restaurants and places to visit around the island. The villa is beautiful with modern furnishing and the infinity pool overlooking the view is the highlight. You'll want a car to get around the island to explore the villages and beaches. The villas are close access to Naxos town (about a 10 min drive) and Agios Prokopios & Plaka beach (about 10 min drive). A perfect option if you're looking to have some quiet but close enough to the action.
