It is a well-preserved 1920's apartment, with brand new toilets and kitchen. The apartment is located in a residential zone of Caballito neighborhood (the geographic center of Buenos Aires City), 5 blocks away from subway A line and 4 blocks from E line. Both lines end up at Plaza de Mayo, in downtown Buenos Aires.
The bedrooms and toilets are spacious and are located on ground floor. On the first floor: the fully-equipped kitchen and a large terrace with grill.
READ EVERYTHING before booking.
Both toilets are located on ground floor, each one next to one bedroom. Only one of them has a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door that leads to a large terrace with a grill where we often cook Argentinian "asados".
Take into account that there's an old steep stairway with narrow steps to get to the first floor.
Guests can access and use all common areas but a small office on the mezzanine.
Other things to note
Considering I work all day, I am only at home before 8 a.m. and after 6:30 a.m.
Guests arriving or leaving between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. will have to go to my workplace (20 minutes by subway) to get or leave the key.
Occasionally I am able to come to the apartment during lunchtime, but not always.
This restriction applies only to weekdays. Weekends I stay at home.
