There is a solarium with 6 deck chairs and two umbrellas where you can sunbathe or take a nap, and an outdoor shower. You can cook on the mobile barbecue and enjoy the taste food on one of two tables prepared outside on the terrace. The house is attached and has neighbors on each side. There is a garage where you can park a car.
The house of 250 m2 is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and with direct access to the street, and a modern and comfortable bathroom with shower. The living room is in the same space as the dining room and kitchen, and offers a comfortable sofa and two armchairs and a large table in the dining area where you can eat or dine with family. The kitchen with gas hob, is very large and has all the necessary utensils. The laundry is independent and has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms; one with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, access to the balcony and en suite bathroom with shower; the other two have a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bathroom, also with shower, is very spacious, modern and cheerful.
Sa Pobla is a small town, just 12 km from the north coast of Mallorca, where you can find beaches such as Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort, Alcanada or Platges de Muro, beaches that are characterized by its fine white sand And its crystalline waters. In the area of Can Picafort and Port d'Alcudi you can make various aquatic and leisure activities. You will enjoy a great vacation !!
