You will be very good in this house with enclosed garden 300m from the beach and the city center. ,a 1st bedroom with double bed ,bathroom with shower and washing machine ,toilet and dining room. Upstairs 1 large bedroom with double bed and 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 new clic-clac. Access to the garden only in front of the house .
From 4 July to 29 August, weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
In case of need I am on site,I live on the property

The house has common amenities, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the ground floor , bathroom with shower and washing machine, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large living /dining room, terrace with table, large garden

Ground floor:1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
FLOOR: 1 master bedroom with double bed (URL HIDDEN) 1 children's room with 1 clic clac

All bedrooms have shutters.

No smoking in the house ,an ashtray is available on the terrace.

Do not charge electric cars,my wiring is not strong enough for EV outlets

Guest access
You have access to the garden in front of the house but not to the back of the house, the vegetable garden or the shed at the back of the house. You can park your vehicle without any problems on the street in front of the house.
No parties and evening events (already put in the house manual but...)
