This beautiful community is full of gorgeous mountain views, and serene sunsets. You will enjoy watching the neighbors walking their dogs, or jogging up the mountainside. Very quiet, safe surroundings, and the neighbors are working professionals and retirees. You will be walking distance to UCR, hiking, bicycle routes, shopping, Starbucks, Ralph's Fresh Fare, and many specialty restuarants and gourmet shops. This is a large home that can sleep up to 10 people (if needed). Let me know!

The space
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 2 large bedrooms and 1 one smaller bedroom. There is a cozy and private bedroom on the lower level with convenient access to a bath & steam shower. The laundry room is also in this area, and you are welcome to use it! The Master bedroom upstairs has a beautiful view of the city and double sinks in the bathroom and a garden spa tub. The 2nd bathroom also has double sinks, tub & shower. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the den area as well as flat panel televisions, cable, wireless internet, etc. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, stemware, casseroles and miscellaneous barware. Wine glasses, margarita glasses, etc are all available for your use; however, please be careful! There are deductions for broken items in the home! If you are planning to use the charcoal Bar-BQ, or eat outside, there are two sets of dining tables and chairs that seats 8, and you may also use the plastic patio dishes, and wine goblets if you want to eat by the pool. Please do not expect the Ritz-Carlton! BUT if you don't mind a well loved home with a few "throwback" features (carpet is dated, cabinets are dated, no granite (yet) and the kitchen sink may have a few old stains) you will enjoy the peaceful serenity of this community! All of the kitchen appliances are less than 3 years old, and they are high-end! The oven is a double convection oven, if you enjoy baking, and the stove has a nice cooking space with a griddle. There is a waffle iron, toaster, blender, and a Kitchenaid mixer, and food processor if you really want to enjoy cooking, or trying out new recipes. Please keep the kitchen clean! There will be plenty of towels and linens and a space in the laundry area to put the dirty towels and linens. You do not have to wash them, but do not leave them on the floors. My home is not a new upgraded home, but it is safe, clean, and I believe you will enjoy your stay! Everything works, the home will be sparkling clean, and you will love the evening sunsets and beautiful morning sunrise by the pool! Please ask as many questions as you want, I want you to be happy and comfortable.

NO DECORATIVE BODY PAINTS, GLITTER near or AROUND ANY FURNITURE, the POOL or INSIDE THE HOME! Deductions from the deposit will be made if there is glitter in or around the pool or inside the home after check out.
No PARTIES! OUTDOOR NOISE hours are strict. The neighbors WILL NOTIFY me.

It is clearly listed that this property is NOT suited for small children. One of the main reasons is because there is a pool on the property and it is not a gated pool. IF YOU DECIDE TO ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN OUTSIDE PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES ON YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES IF YOU CHOOSE TO ALLOW THEM IN THE BACK YARD OR AROUND THE POOL. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, NOR WILL MY INSURANCE. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WITH AIRBNB TO INSPECT THEIR BUILT-IN COVERAGE IS BEFORE DECIDING TO BOOK MY HOME.

Unfortunately, I have had a couple of guests who gave me a lower than the desired rating on things without giving me an opportunity to correct. Please keep in mind we are all human and sometimes things may get overlooked. If you contact me and give me an opportunity to correct it, I can get it fixed! ABOUT THE DEPOSIT-It is unfortunate that some guests do not follow the rules, and due to a recent experience with a group, I must ensure the deposit will cover the costs associated with the pool equipment, pest removal, and sanitation of furniture and bedding. I pride myself in keeping the property very well maintained. I am rarely bothered by small issues, however, the expense to repair the pool equipment, replacing window screens from guests being locked out because they do not have keys, and the costs associated with sanitizing the furniture from smoking violations, lost income from closing up my home because of guests leaving pests such as fleas, bedbugs, and head lice exceed the amount that has typically been covered by Airbnb. If you break a glass or spill something on the floor-- this is minimal, however, if you are a responsible guest, and you notify me of any damages, I am usually very easy to work with. Also...Please let me know if you are bothered by weekly scheduled lawn service, pool maintenance, etc. in advance so that I may interrupt these services. My neighbors are awesome! Please respect them by keeping the noise levels down after 9 PM during weekdays, and 11:00 PM on weekends. You will be heard by the neighbors, and if things become too loud and the police will be contacted. I will not tolerate rowdy, loud gatherings, and as mentioned, any "special events" must be PRE-APPROVED and will require additional charges. You must take care of EVERYTHING with the utmost care. No more than 2 vehicles in the driveway at all times. If your cars leak oil, please place cardboard or some other protective mat beneath your cars.

This is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful community. Most days you will see the neighbors walking their dogs, riding bicycles, and jogging. There is hiking near by, and the atmosphere is calming with very little traffic.
