Prime location into a new and charming mountain hamlet at about 80m from the gondola. Parking place in front of the chalet or into the public parking at 40m from the chalet. The price of the rental includes water, heating, electricity (unless otherwise stated in the description of the property), commissions and fees.

The tourist tax of 0.50 € per adult (+ 18 years) and per night to be paid on arrival.

You may shorten your stay, but we will in no way be required to refund a part of the amount of the stay.



For an arrival after 6:30 pm you must contact the agency. We are not responsible in case you arrive after the closure time and you have to incur additional costs (hotel night, meals, etc.)



A cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival. The apartment must be left in a good state of cleanliness. The deposit will be destroyed within a maximum of 1 month.

You are responsible for any broken or damaged items and damage that could be caused to the facilities. You have 48 hours after arrival to report any equipment malfunction.

The loss of the keys incurs a lump sum of 77 €.


Neither party nor evenings, respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and calm after 10pm.

We must not be held responsible for any water, electricity, heating or work breakdowns in the resort, but we undertake to involve the competent services as soon as possible.

The agency and its owners decline all responsibility in case of burglary.


Pets are allowed only to the extent that their presence has been specified and accepted at the time of booking.

You can rent extra sheets, towels and kitchen towels.



Any complaint must be made by registered letter within 15 days of the end of the stay.

Chalet bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la vallée. Le matin, au petit déjeuner, quand le soleil apparait à travers les immenses baies vitrées, c'est très agréable ! Déco soignée, chalet très pratique, nous avons adoré y séjourner lors de nos vacances de ski en famille... le télécabine de Molanès est à deux pas.
