Interaction with guests
I love to meet new people and I am looking forward to see you!
One of the best well known neighbourhoods to live in Alicante, avoiding the busy city center and enjoying the views to the sea.
You can easily access 3 beaches from home:
1) Almadraba beach: cute, small and quiet and just in front of the house! Pictoresque and with the most beautiful sunsets and a nautic club with the possibility to sail, do paddle sub...
2) Albufereta beach: 10 min walking
3) Playa de San Juan: 10 min by tram. It is 7 kilometres of beautiful fine white sand. There is a small smattering of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a respite from the sun. (3 tram stops away).
With SUPERMARKETS nearby in a very friendly atmosphere. One supermarket (Udaco) for basic things is just next building. Two others are 5 minutes walking: Supercor (high quality) is on the same avenue as home and Mercadona (best quality/price value).
A GOLF court "Alicante Golf" is 2km away.
My house is also located near to the Lucentum archeological area.
Either the bus or the tramway, will take you to the city center of Alicante in less than 15 minutes.
The BUS stops of numbers 21 and 22 are right next to the house (number 9 also, but with a longer ride). The TRAMWAY stop Sergio Cardell is less than five minutes walking.
Other things to note
This is the house where I live and I love to have people over. I consider my guests as friends staying over and ask them to relate to the space as if they were in their own place.
If I work the day after, please keep it quiet when I go to bed.
Remove, fold and live the bedsheets and towels you have used in the top of the washing machine.
Smoking is permited ONLY in the terrace.
Pets are more than welcome.
Do not use laptop, ipad or phone.
