All remaining nights in October are $99 per night or $599 per week. Excellent South Island location just a short walk or ride away from Coast Guard Station, King and Prince, Crab Trap, and Massengale Park on the oceanfront. Demere Park is adjacent to this unit with its open areas and skate park for the kids. Neptune Park with its pools and the Pier are also close by, making this centrally located unit one of the South Island's favorites.

Other things to note

August (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) per night! Renovations in February of 2017 were completed with all new furniture and furnishings, luxury mattresses, towels and linens. New granite kitchen countertops with brand new stainless appliances, sinks and fixtures await your culinary skills. Soothing colors and top of the line finishes have been added to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Start off in the two car enclosed garage, with ample storage for your family's bikes, kayaks and beach toys, with the spacious main living and dining areas, kitchen and half bath on the 1st level along with a furnished and covered back deck surrounded by the peace and quiet. The expandable dining room table can seat up to eight with counter seating for an additional two.

The private upper level contains the spacious Master suite with king bed, ensuite bath, huge closet and sitting area with a single daybed with trundle and sitting chair overlooking the lagoon with soothing fountain.

Two additional guest bedrooms and full bath, along with the laundry room, complete this floor. One guest bedroom contains a queen bed, while the other contains a twin over full bunk bed, making this room ideal for the kids, or at least the young at heart. This unit has a maximum occupancy of eight (ideally, four adults and two to four children due to the bed arrangement).

Among the amenities are a private pool and sunning deck adjacent to the building, tons of safe areas for bike riding, as well as the natural area and trail immediately behind the unit, to access Demere Park, Demere Road, Arnold Road and the King and Prince beaches and neighborhoods. Suggestions for activities and restaurants are only an ask away!

Small or medium non barking, well behaved dogs are welcome!

This is a non-smoking rental. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all places, including the condo balcony.

This townhome is comfortable and family friendly. We stayed here comfortably with five kids and two dogs. The location is convenient whether you want to walk, bike, or drive to any of the area shops, restaurants, or beaches.

What a beautiful home to rent for a week. The beds are wonderful lots of space to spread out in and the little Deck overlooking the woods is a sweet treat. The neighbors are delightful and super welcoming. This home has recently been beautifully remodeled and you will want for nothing. I loved that the Village was just a 1-mile walk to town and a half mile walk or about 4 blocks to the beach. want close access to the pool? Then this is your pick just out the door and a few steps around the corner. The garage fits our Truck and a small car just fine. Bring your bikes bc this is a Dog and Biking friendly atmosphere. James was a pleasure to work with and even extended us a favor as we were rudely canceled at the last minute with another Airbnb Host. No worries it always works out that you're where you're supposed to be. James Thanks again for an amazing week in your beautiful Condo we will be back to rent with you again in the future.

Condo was very nice and clean, it was nice to have the garage area to keep the beach stuff without tracking too much sand inside. Excellent location within a 5 minute drive to a beach and the main pier area. You could also walk 15 minutes to a bike rental and bike around as well. I would definitely come back again!
