A great colonial apartment for family rest in the very heart of Old Havana, 3 blocks away from 4 main squares.

Cozy bright bedroom, 5-meters high ceiling with wooden beams, balcony from the bedroom to the street, safe box, kitchenette, fridge, microwave and gas stove. Next to the flat there are 2 another independent flats to rent so it could be a good deal for a group.

To our guests we give cuban SIM-card so you can have and share mobile internet wherever you go.

The space
The apartment is really spacious and it has just essential furniture made in open minimalist style. It leads you to the colonial times when people needed 5 meters of altitude to breath with calm and dignity. The building forms part of Patrimony of the Humanity and it has the 3d historic monuments' protection level. The ground floor dates back to the 18th century and the 1st floor where the apartment is situated was built in the 1890es. It reflected all periods of Cuban history, being a great family mansion in colonial times, offices for rent with Americans and then it was divided in several apartments in Castro´s times. The neighborhood community is very friendly and warm-hearted.

The building dates back from the 19th century and has high audibility! That's why we don't admit parties or any notable noise after 11pm. If you are a light sleeper probably you will need ear plugs.

Other things to note
Old Havana is a place with really vivid Cuban spirit. We have windows and balconies and it means you will hear neighbors’ music, street talking, dogs and trucks. It’s a nice and warm community ambiance but you should know it if you are sensitive to noises.

Now the building is under restoration by private initiative of lovers of this charming building. You will note it in an entrance ladder area but be sure that all activities don’t affect the living zone. The entrance ladder to be restored is the reason for the place to be in the most economic category among apartments in the very heart of the historic center. This is an advantage to use right now. We hope you will enjoy this unique, picturesque place with real Cuban spirit and its charming historic touch.
