My atmospheric and cozy room offers a quiet refuge minutes away from the busy Liverpool city centre. It's located nearby bohemian Lark Lane and in between the beautiful Princess and Sefton Parks. The comfy room is ideal for single or double occupancy, or a couple with a child/friend. The flat is 7-20min away from the heart of the city, which can be easily accessed by train, bus, car/taxi or a bicycle. Parking is available in front of the house. I'll be happy to welcome you to my humble abode and make your stay comfortable.
The vintage atmospheric room I have to offer is a large room with sleeping, sitting, dining, work/study space available. It's ideal for someone coming to Liverpool for leisure or business/study purposes. Can be comfortably occupied by a solo traveller, 2 people or a small family of 3-4 (2adults+1-2kids OR 3adults). The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, but only if/when I provide an extra double mattress - this is subject to availability, so please message me and I'll see if I'll be able to provide it for the dates needed! This lovely, clean room features a double bed with a new orthopaedic mattress, a sofa bed (bed slightly bigger than a single bed, could be used by up to 2 kids or an adult), large antique mirror, vintage armchair and a rocking chair, reclaimed wood table and two chairs, coffee table, fresh bed linen/towels/blankets, hangers for clothes, and other accessories to make the room nice and cosy.
You'll have private access to the guest room and shared access (with me) to the bathroom ( shower/bath, wc) and the kitchen. If it's sunny you can grab one of my lounge chairs and sit in the sun in front of the house.
The kitchen access is limited to making tea/coffee, using microwave to heat something up or making a sandwich/ quick breakfast. I have the smallest fridge/freezer, so unfortunately I won't be able to provide you with any space in it. Please speak to me if you require more access to the kitchen amenities and I'll see if and how to accommodate you!:)
You have access to wireless internet, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.
There's a friendly cat who visits the house regularly - you can stroke her in exchange for her lovely purring:)
Strictly no access to my room.
Interaction with guests
I'm sociable and happy to offer any advice on sightseeing, local places to visit, nightlife and dining out and how to get around Liverpool.
Other things to note
My work schedule is all over the place, which means that I might not always be in the flat to greet you, However, I'll try my best to accommodate you on your arrival, which means that I might arrange for you to be able to pick up the keys from my neighbour or from somewhere convenient.
I live in a quiet and peaceful house, hence no parties or loud behaviour is allowed.
