Looking for an exceptional rental between Deshaies and Pointe Noire, facing the splendid Caribbean Sea?
Discover our beautiful Colonial House, with an area of 480 m2, offering stunning panoramic sea views. This villa is ideal for 10 to 16 people.
Located just 150 meters from the seaside, you will have direct access to a beautiful cove.

The 24 m2 open kitchen of the Maison Coloniale is fully equipped. You will find an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an American refrigerator, a 5-fire stovetop and a 4-burner induction hob and a 4-burner induction hob. A coffee maker, kettle and community dishes are also available.
The 60 m2 dining area is ready to accommodate up to 20 people and has two large tables sleeping 10 people each.
Three living rooms are also at your disposal, accommodating up to 12 people. Located on the large terrace facing the sea, they offer an ideal setting to relax. Sun loungers, hammocks and an American bar with stools are also there for your comfort.
The Maison Coloniale has 6 bedrooms spread over two levels. On the ground floor you will find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms.
The privilege room is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed with electric box spring, a dressing room, a shower and a toilet with a basin offering an amazing view of the sea. The blue room also located on the ground floor has a shower and a basin.
Upstairs, you will discover 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom, with an area of 22 m2, is equipped with 2 beds of 160 x 200. The second bedroom, the same size, includes a 160x200 bed. The third bedroom, with an area of 16 m2, has a bed of 160 x 200. The three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, with an area of 12 m2, is equipped with 4 bunk beds of 80 x 190, ideal for teenagers. You will also find 3 toilets available. A washing machine is available and linens and towels are provided.

The pool, located in a shared space between our cottages, is treated with salt. Its 180 m2 terrace is fully secured for our youngest guests. Here you can fully enjoy moments of happiness in the sun.

Three private parking spots are reserved for the Colonial House.

Just 150 meters away, you have access to a beautiful wild cove.
Acacia gites has a perfect location to fully enjoy the Basse Terre de Guadeloupe, you will enjoy hikes of all kinds easily: the waterfalls and Soufrière (20 minutes away); the sea with its dives (Cousteau nature reserve 15 minutes away), its white sandy beaches (only 2 to 3 minutes away), its boat rides, the botanical garden (15 minutes away) and the zoo (15 minutes away)... but also the joy of small villages.
