My boyfriend and I stayed at Drew's place for four nights. Drew's communication was optimal and very fast. He gave us clear instructions regarding how to get in to the apt, and it was a breeze. The apt itself had an awesome vibe and was extremely well kept. The building was very secure and quiet. In terms of location, we couldn't have been in a better area. We were walking distance from a ton of hipster, trendy restaurants and bars. The nearest train was half a block away but we found ourselves walking most places, anyway. I couldn't speak more highly of Drew and his place. Definitely recommend to any young individuals or couples looking for a fun getaway.

Very clean and well decorated apartment in a fantastic location. Drew was very responsive and check in/out was really easy. One thing to note, partly by virtue of being in a great location, there is a good amount of street noise (which Drew did mention before we booked).

Drew was very responsive before and during my stay with directions and eating recommendations. His place is close to a subway line making running around town very quick and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood (my favorite nail place is close by). So many places to shop and even more places to eat. One morning, the keypad to the building was buzzing constantly not allowing a code to be entered. I left anyways assuming that it would be fixed before I returned (enough people in the building, I assumed that someone else would see it and call it in) and it had been as well as a note from Drew with the new code. As a first timer, I felt check in and out was a piece of cake. I would recommend this place to others; I absolutely loved my stay and hope to return! Might just now be a convert from always staying in midtown.

Drew was extremely accommodating and communicative, from booking through checkout. He gave super clear directions on how to get into the building and his apartment, and he let us check in early the day we arrived. The place itself is cozy, perfect for a couple or single traveling through Manhattan, and it's a second floor walk-up. The neighborhood is also really cool, very centrally located. (Side note: If you're sensitive to noise you might want to bring earplugs or earbuds as the street/car honking can go on into the night.) Next time we're in Manhattan we'd definitely stay with Drew again, he's a five star host!

Drews apartment was simply amazing and I can highly recommend Drew as a host! Communication was just perfect and everything was well organized. I would like to highlight the check-in procedure ... the best and easiest one I've experienced so far: since there is a code at the front door we could just simply walked in to the apartment and the keys were laying on the table. Whenever we had a question, Drew answered within a couple of minutes and he also provided us with some recommendations for places to be around the apartment. The apartment itself was 100% clean and - I think for NYC - quite big and very charming! The location was even better than we thought ... Bleecker St never gets boring and there are a lot of things for nightlife within walking distance. All in all we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and if you're searching for a clean, big enough apartment in the absolutely middle of everything with a nice host: this is your apartment!
