Magnificent terraced house on the outskirts of Es Llombards, Santanyí, with private garden and pool. There is enough space for 8 persons.

The space

Surrounded by a lush green garden, the 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 1.6m has a Jacuzzi to enjoy moments of relax. lay down on one of two loungers, reading your favorite book underneath the palm tree. The porch with sofa and hammock is a beautiful place to enjoy a chilly afternoon, sharing talks with friends and family or having a tasty barbecue. Additionally, there's a big table where eight people can sit around. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Spend a lazy day watching some films on the satellite-TV in the colorful living room or a convivial evening with a great dinner in the classy dining room. If you fancy cooking, there's a fully-equipped, Majorcan-Style kitchen with all necessary utensils, vitro hob, electric oven and dishwasher. There's a shower bathroom on the ground level.

The four bedrooms are all on the first floor, three with two twin beds and one with a double bed. All come with wardrobe, fan and en-suite bath with bathtub; two of them have access to a terrace. If you travel with your baby, we can prepare up to two cots and high chairs upon request. Besides, there's central heating for the winter.

The villa is situated close to the small urbanization Es Llombards and the village of Santanyí. In either one of these places, you will find supermarkets, shops and some good restaurants. Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the most charming beaches, like Cala s'Almonia, Cap des Moro, Cala Llombards or the Natural Park of Cala Mondragó. The most famous beach of Mallorca, Es Trenc, is about 20 minutes driving. That area is also famous for its salt production: Sal d'Es Trenc, with lots of different tastes to choose from.
