This 460 m2 villa is situated on a large finca of 15.000 m2. The outside area is very remarkable and well taken care off. The chlorine pool measures 12m x 4,5m, with a depth of 2m. On the side, you will find 10 sun loungers on which to slumber in the Mediterranean sunshine. The terrace with barbecue and the well-furnished porch with a sofa and a dining table will offer you the ideal place for memorable family dinners. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.
On the ground floor, there is a living- and dining room with three sofas, three arm chairs, central heating and satellite TV. The dining area counts with a dining table for up to 12 persons. The kitchen counts with another dining table (with 8 chairs), a gas stove top and all further necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal together. The house also counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
As for the bedrooms, you may choose any of the 6 bedrooms for a good night's rest. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: two with two individual beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bath tub, one with a double bed and a fourth, huge bedroom for up to 5 persons. This is the biggest bedroom of the house: it has access to the terrace and it counts with a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. On the ground floor, there is also a bath room for general use, with a shower, as well as a separate guest room.
On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms, with two individual beds each. The bathroom on the first floor counts with a bath tub. On request, we can provide two baby beds and two high chairs without any extra cost. Five of the bedrooms count with a wardrobe and the first floor bedrooms count with beautiful views on the garden, the mountains and the golf course.
The villa is situated in the area of the Serra de Llevant mountain range, near the golf course, surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility. Son Servera is ideal for a holiday, as the you can easily reach some of the most charming places like the Levante Natural Park, Costa de los Pinos, the beaches of Canyamel and touristic areas like Cala Millor, which count with all kinds of services. In Arta you can immerse in the life and traditions of the local folks, on the local Sant Salvador festivities (at the end of July) or on the Tuesday market with its fresh local products.
