Location, location, location! Absolutely beautiful neighborhood in Co Springs close to many outdoor activities. Joanna was great with communication before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in the Springs.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding at the Broadmoor and found Joanna's place to be in the absolute perfect location. We could easily walk there or take a quick car ride. Her hospitality and communication were also top notch. We received all pertinent information ahead of our stay, and she even inquired about the blanket thickness we wanted on our bed. So thoughtful! Their place is very clean (newly renovated I believe), is stocked will all the essentials (even a razor if you forget yours, like I did) and very quiet. My husband got stung by a yellow jacket while on a bike ride, and Joanna's husband was kind enough to provide ointment and pain meds. They went above and beyond as hosts. I would recommend their place to anyone looking for a private, clean, friendly Colorado Springs getaway.

Joanna's place is fantastic! She is a excellent communicator and checking in and out was seamless. The space was clean and tidy. I enjoyed walking down the street to a nice locally owned cafe and several times we saw deer by the road looking for a snack. If you are a hiker, runner or mountain biker this is perfectly located for those activities. Great experience with a great host!

Joanna's space was just what I wanted for a mountain getaway. She was very quick to respond from the moment I booked and throughout my stay. She was super helpful giving recommendations for food, trails, scenic views, breweries etc. The space was so cozy and clean, it had all the essentials needed when staying somewhere new and it was nicely done making me feel at home. Located within 10-15 minutes from tons of good hiking, parks, views, food and more. Joanna and her husband spoke with us briefly in passing and were very kind! I would absolutely recommend to anyone else and would come back myself.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It's right up the road from a local coffee shop as well as local hiking spots. The space was spotless and comfortable, and Joanna provided everything we could have needed. She was extremely quick to respond to us and provided tons of suggestions on things to do.

Joanna User ProfileJoanna is a superhost.

My husband, son and I love the outdoors. We've found that our favorite vacations are centered around getting on a trail and exploring mixed with checking out places the locals enjoy. I love to cook, garden, and try new things. We're lucky enough to live in Colorado, so we get to participate in a lot of activities that would be hard to do elsewhere...rock climbing, camping, cross-country and alpine skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking. Our latest adventure is raising our son, who was born in the fall of 2014.
