First and highlight, don´t forget: you pay what you get!! The location was the best part. Overall the experience was very good because of the location, but the apartment needs more attention about the facilities and the cleanliness. There is a supermarket next door and everything is very close! The check-in was very bad, there was not even a conversation, it was just hand over the keys without any explanations. Ask how to open the elevator! The communication was good until I ask if there was change of towels, since we were 5 days and the cold is hard to dry towels. Not even a "no" got an answer. Cleaning is not good, just the basics. The bed is comfortable but they do not put sheets. The heating worked well. - Basically, I recommend staying in this apartment because it is very central, but only if you want to pay less and you are open-minded about the facilities.

We had a great time staying at the apartment. It's in one of the best locations you'll find in Prague, right next to the Charles Bride. Jan was very flexible with our arrival time which was great since we weren't sure when we would arrive at the place.

The place is perfectly located and although small- it is efficient for a place to stay! We enjoyed it because we did not need much. We did have to wait 25 min for him to arrive even though id been in contact after getting off the train. But everything else went fine.

The flat is in a good location. It is in an older building which was under repair while we were there. There was no water during the day. Jan offered us a different flat, but the alternative had no a/c, so we stuck it out. The flat is small, but it works well as a base to explore the city. Jan asked us to call him when we arrived at the train station, which we did. We had to call him again when we got to the apartment and wait another 15 minutes for him to show up. Luckily the weather was ok, but this cut into our short time in Prague. He also insisted on meeting us in the morning to check out, which would have been fine, but he showed up 30 minutes early and sat in the flat while we finished packing and getting ready to go.
