The apartment is 3kk with a balcony ,2th floor, a view of a quiet courtyard. I rent a separate room,where there is a bed for 2 people, the possibility of an extra bed on a mattress or a crib,then it is possible to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed,where there are 2 places, the next room is furnished as a study/seat 1-2 people. All this,when I am not at home, the apartment is often empty. Otherwise, I occupy a living room and a study. The apartment has a storage room for in-line skating or bicycles. The possibility of using the kitchen,even if I am at home and a balcony where there are lots of flowers and herbs.

The space
I live in an apartment with a cat Rozárka,who is very kind, I prefer to point out if allergy sufferers come. I'm often at home on weekends, and sometimes during the week, the apartment is empty.
The apartment is located 2 minutes from Nymburk Central Station. Transportation by train twice an hour in the direction of Prague, Poděbrady, Kolín, Hradec Králové.
