On the Sorrento Coast prestigious villa in gated property with custodian, on the cliffs of picturesque Seiano (hamlet of Vico Equense), quiet and secluded but only 100 meters from the main road to Sorrento (km. 15), Positano (km. 24), Amalfi (km. 38), with patio entrance and orange tree garden overlooking Seiano’s hills and a marvellous panoramic sea side terrace, with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius, the Gulf of Naples and the mythic islands of Capri and Ischia. The terrace is equipped with outdoor chairs, awning, and table. In addition the villa rental includes parking for one or more cars.
On the ground floor the living and dining area – opening on the panoramic sea side terrace – with sofas and armchairs, antique furniture, a large fireplace, television, wifi, and dining table and chairs for 8 people.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with pantry, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, blender, minipimer, overlooks directly on the garden.
There are 3 bathrooms, one on the ground floor, two upstairs.
On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms, one with 3 beds plus 2 pull-out beds, with a small panoramic terrace on the sea side, and three elegant rooms with view of the Seiano hills and the sea, each one with a double bed. All rooms have spacious closets for the guests, individual heating units, desks and chairs.
Sheets, towels, bathtowels: 10 Euro every guest (to the host, the last day).
Heating: 20 Euros per day (October-April).
The Train Station is just a ten minute walk away, with frequent departures to Sorrento, Vico Equense, Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples. Daily from Seiano, bus services to and from Naples Capodichino Airport operated by Curreri Viaggi.
Just a very short distance from the villa, in the centre of Seiano, you will find a minimarket, bar, two restaurants/ pizzeria, and the Parish Church, with an historic presepe (Nativity Scene) open to the public from the 24th of December(Christmas Eve) until the 31st of January.
In a panoramic ten minute walk one can reach the Marina d’Aequa, the free beach and private bathing establishments with paid entrance. The quite small harbour of Marina Aequa, once a fishing village, offers a variety of indoor, open air, sea side dining options, like bars, snack places, pizzerias, as well as some of the most renowned restaurants of the Sorrento’s area. For example “La Torre del Saracino”, one of the best restaurants of Southern Italy, two star rating by Michelin Guide.
At the pier of the Marina Aequa, you can also take the aliscafo/hydrofoil daily to Capri. Departure (1 April – 31 October) from Seiano/Marina Aequa: 8.30 hours. Departure from Capri: 17.15 hours.

Interaction with guests
With guests I have always established a relationship of cordiality and friendship, while strictly respecting privacy.
Wonderful tour of the hills surrounding Seiano, with dizzying views of the Gulf and the islands of the dream: Capri, Ischia and Procida.

During Easter week (Thursday and Friday) sacred processions in Sorrento, Sorrento and Vico Equense.
