All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful studio apartment located in Miami's Historic Grove Park . The studio is private but is attached to the main house where we live. The bed is a super comfortable pillow top queen mattress. The kitchenette is fully outfitted. You'll find everything from a salad spinner to hot sauce. The pool and spa are amazing. (Please see the house rules for details on the pool and spa use.) Free gated parking, and keyless self check-in.

The space
You will have all the privacy you want. Enjoy the pool anytime. Use of the spa is also included but it takes about 40-50 minutes to fully heat up and we need to set it up for you. The spa is not available after 9:30 p.m. At check in you will be given a remote control to open the gate. Although we always recommend Uber or Lyft instead of a car, if you bring a car it will be secure, gated parking in our driveway. We are located in the middle of everything Miami has to offer, you can not find a more central location than this charming historic neighborhood.

Guest access
When you arrive you will enter from a path behind the garage, you will see a graffiti mural and lights. The wooden stairs shown in the cover photo are for the apartment. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions and door codes shortly before your arrival.

Other things to note
This home was build in 1947 in Miami's first sub-division. It has been maintained and restored to perfection but is still homey and cozy. There are a dog and cat in the main house but they will have no access to the apartment.
