Spacious lounge and dining area leading onto a private garden/patio area perfect for outdoor dining and BBQ. Fantastic roof terrace with views over one of the 2 swimming pools. The house is in immaculate condition with all linen and towels provided Free WiFi and English Cable TV channels with parking directly by front the entrance

•Parking is limited to one vehicle to be parked directly by the front entrance. The speed limit inside the development is 10km/hour
•Guests are required to leave €60 in cash for the cleaner on the dining room table on departure
•Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. As this is a residential development, you obviously need to be considerate to others about noise levels, especially late at night and early in the morning. In Spain there is the tradition of afternoon siesta, please also be considerate of this between 14:30 and 17:00.
•Only guests listed in the booking are permitted and bookings cannot exceed 6 guests
•The communal pools close at 8pm and children are to be supervised by their parents.
•Once closed, the front door and roof terrace doors lock themselves, and can only be opened with the key. Always take your key with you when you go through the door: Don’t get yourself locked out
•Whenever you leave the apartment unattended, please check that all the doors are shut and locked
•The fireplace is not to be used
•Please take care if you use the candle lanterns, and don’t leave them unattended.
•Please lease use the table mats provided for your cups and glasses (ring stains do not improve the furniture).
•It is not permitted to hang towels or clothes to dry from the balconies where they can be seen from the street. Please use the retractable clothes line on the roof terrace or the portable airer instead.
•Its a requirement in Spain to register all guests a booking confirmation form will need to be completed and returned before your booking is confirmed.
