Welcome! This home offers a private bedroom comfortable for one or two people. The queen-size bed has ample pillows, blankets, and quality linens. Our kitchen is always open, but a mini-fridge is in your room for convenience. The shared bathroom is nice and tidy. Fresh bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and a bath mat are provided.
Common space includes a well-equipped kitchen including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kitchen aid mixer, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, a variety of cookware and more. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open to all guests. The television has an Amazon Fire Stick with Amazon Prime, Netflix and other viewing apps plus a digital antenna for local stations. Besides that, outside, there's a nice patio with seating to enjoy and friendly neighbors all around.
The free on and off-street parking allows you to leave your car parked as you explore the neighborhood.
You will have a private bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen and common area and access to come and go as you please. The apartment has keyless entry.
A permit is provided to guests for on-street parking. Additionally, free off-street parking is available behind building.

-Smoking inside the home is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is not allowed. If smoking on the property, please use the deck/patio area and cigarette receptacle in back of the building.
