Located on beautiful South Ocean Blvd. (A few doors north of "the "Four Season) this recently renovated unit, with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway and easy walking access to a private ocean beach. Relax at the pool, work out in the health club or jog on the waterside pathway, this location has what it takes to make your visit memorable

The space

The Condominium is located on South Ocean Blvd north of the Lake Worth bridge and two miles south of Trump Mar Lago. This fifth floor unit overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and the condominium's beautiful pool. The Atlantic Ocean beaches are across the street with beach chairs available at the beach entrance.

As the photos indicate one bedroom is designed to be a work place/den with a convertible sleep sofa. TV are located in every room with Comcast services.

Interaction with guests

The owners will not be present during the rental term and are not residents of Florida. However, the staff of the Carlyle House are available to assist.

- The owners are permitted only one rental per year. The minimum lease term is three months; the maximum term is six months.
- The condominium association requires potential renters to complete an application and be interview by a representative of the board of directors.
- A security deposit ($1,500) and one month’s rent will be paid upon agreeing to the documents. This amount will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. The balance and the local taxes will be paid prior to taking occupancy. Local taxes include the Florida Sales Tax at 6%, Palm Beach County Sales Tax at 1% and the Palm Beach County Tourist Development Tax also 6%. A standard lease agreement obtained from the Florida Bar Association will be used to document the transaction
- Basic cable service is provided. Upgrade in cable service and private/secure internet services are available at renter’s expense.
