Rustic cabin with a fireplace, dock & deep water. Tons of outdoor living space with a fire pit & hot tub overlooking the lake. Easy walk to water & ideally located where the Chattahoochee meets the Chestatee. The Duckett Mill Boat ramp is only minutes away. Easy access to both Port Royal Marina with Pelican Pete's & Gainesville Marina with Scooggies. 20 min to 400 & 985

Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $110 non-refundable pet fee.

For your enjoyment a canoe and pedal boat are provided.

The space
This is a clean, rustic 2 story cabin with a spiral staircase separating the two levels. Ideal for a couple or a small family looking for a private getaway. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is downstairs in an open space with a set of bunk beds and a full size Murphy Bed that pulls out of the wall. I only recommend this cabin for a maximum of 4 people.

The cabin is located in a deep water cove close to Duckett Mill Park, which has the most convenient boat ramp. There is Sherry’s Bait and BBQ close by for fishing supplies, bait and delicious BBQ. There’s also Papa’s Pizza about 3 miles away and they deliver!
Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are about 7 miles away in Gainesville.
