Marina's home is just mesmerising, surrounded by olive trees with a view to the sea which looks like a painting. Marina in the other hand is full of energy she will tune into what is it you like. She encourage me to overcome my fear of diving and so I went diving twice and I loved it. We hired a boat and she encourage me to ride a scooter. She is fun to talk to, humble l but powerful, as one of her guest puts it, Marina is the 'Marina experience'. I will be definetly coming back. She knows the whereabouts of Greece, where to eat and people to meet accordingly to your likes. She was wonderful, we went for a lovely walk amongst the olive trees, she cooked us amazing food. She is inspiring and will leave you inspired about your own life. She is fucking awesome and I am so glad I stayed at hers. I thoroughly recommended it. I walk up and down with a torch because I don't drive and it was fine. It is worthed for access to a private beach , a room with a view and most importantly to meet nice people like Marina and her guest. She attracts interesting people!

Words are almost inadequate to describe the breathtaking beauty of Marina's place. I had tears in my eyes saying goodbye. The house she is lovingly and tastefully restoring with its pink washed stone and handmade shutters, its elegant arches and courtyards, its olive trees and grapevines is soothing balm to the soul. Everywhere you turn is another enchanting view. It is quiet and tranquil and feels like a place where troubles recede and peace reigns. Marina is a wonderful host : helpful , friendly, interesting. She picked me up and drove me to the bus when I left. My stay was a joy. Maybe make sure you bring a car or rent a scooter as walking up the mountain to her house is a real commitment: you wouldn't want to accidentally run out of milk if you were on foot although if you did the bakery at the foot of the mountain is almost worth the walk back up!

Thank you so much Ashley! You are one of a tough lady walking up and down to the beach and bakery! I`m impressed. So nice having you here! Hope to see you again,

Marina's place offers the best of both worlds. The house is charming, clean and isolated and the beds very comfortable. A 30 minute walk gets you to a little supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop which you can use to explore Corfu. (Buses are clean, air conditioned and affordable). Another 15 minutes will take you to a very small pebbled beach with crystal clear water where we spent most days. The walk up the hill is quite intense, but the outdoor shower and cool home very welcoming. We'd suggest buying a bottle of wine, settling down on the patio and watching the lights across the bay light up. Marina is a lovely host who made us feel very welcome and at home. She knows all the best spots on Corfu and enjoys sharing her passion for life, as well as the farm, olive trees and the island. We'd love to go back and highly recommend the place for anyone who is looking to experience Corfu's rich history, good food and crystal clear water away from the touristy hustle bustle. (whilst keeping in mind the shared bathroom, very steep hill and lack of soundproofing)

We are so happy to stay with our lovely host - Marina in the old, traditional, Phoenician house where we have felt very welcomed during our peaceful 6 day holidays. I cannot think of a better way to describe our stay than to say a lot of thank yous :-) for: - the spectacular window sea view from our room (simple and very comfortable), - 30 minutes’-every day-walk up on the hill - challenging but worth it 100% after our "fiesta de la panza" which we had every night at the lovely restaurants recommended by Marina, - each and every fantastic breakfast - fresh, local food: unforgettable yogurt with honey and the goat cheese, fresh fruits, great coffee, but first of all meaningful morning conversations with Marina and her cheerful daughter – Lillvi :-), - my yoga class with breathing exercises and one special “made for me” asana which I will put into my daily practice – a special thank you, - your willingness to help with anything we needed, - the company of two great animals: Max - big but friendly dog which used to warm my feet during chilly evenings and the Kittie, - the possibility to borrow snorkeling equipment: the best experience ever! I do hope to be back some day. We wish Marina all the best with making this place a spot for peaceful but active stay. Kasia & David

Marina, we want to thank you for the nice stay that we had in your extraordinary olive farm house which is a place where we felt relaxed and welcomed. The peaceful and warm atmosphere gave us the chance to rest and get back a lot of energy. We not only liked the place, which is perfect for people you seek quietness, nature and good food, but we also enjoyed talking to you! We will try to make our own bread at home and I will look for good olive oil! We wish you a nice stay in Norway and we will always come back to you, if we travel to Korfu. All the best Kati und Armand

Marina is the perfect host! Welcoming, enthusiastic and so helpful. We had an AMAZING time in her gorgeous house in North East of Corfu. Marina is also a very knowledgeable therapist and offers yoga sessions, acupuncture and massage in her house, which is really very handy when you are on holidays looking for a nice retreat to destress! I totally recommend her place when visiting the beautiful island! I will definitely visit Marina again!

Marina's place is absolutely gorgeous. She renovated a Venetian house in the middle of olive trees on top of a mountain -- the place is magical, the view spectacular, the bed super comfortable, and Marina is a great host. I'd highly recommend this place!
