Our home has been the hub of 3 busy humans for the past 10 years- since it was built.
There are flaws in the aesthetics - that's not to say that we aren't in the process of tying everything together.
Rome wasn't built in a day!
I, myself work, study & live in Glasgow- some 200miles away from the property.
My mum is in Inverness, 70 miles away, & is also working & studying.
My younger brother is also working & studying in Glasgow.
Please, please no smoking inside.
No one has ever smoked in this house & we can not stress how much we would like this to continue.

Last but no means least- our aging cat Merlin still lives here.
A neighbour can sometimes have him but they are not always available to do so.
As cats and other animals have been in the house over the years, those with allergies may need to consider this.
Merlin is the most gentile of cats & clenliness is still very much of the highest standard.
Interaction with guests
Either myself or my mum, Fiona, will be able to let you into the property.
My mobile phone number is available & I strive to answer as soon as possible.
My work life usually gives me the flexibility to answer at most times during the day or evening.
Any questions you may have would be happily answered before, during or after your stay.
Communication is key.
A lack of it will result in your stay being impacted upon negatively.
Please, any questions- ask!
Also, when first booking, please tell me what aspects are important to you so we can tailor the house to your needs- long term travellers may be interested in different aspects of the house & may need different things than those on a short break.
We are not mind readers.
It has been brought to our attention by previous guests that this lack of communication does nothing but leave both sides unhappy- something that we would strive to avoid, but it's a two way street.
