Nestled in a breathtaking location, Villa V promises an unforgettable treat for those seeking an unparalleled experience. The space
Relax and unwind in this truly magnificent getaway, which cannot be described as any less than paradise!

The villa is designed as follows:
A large open social area with kitchen, dining area and living room.
Two "bedroom compartments" which are situated on each side of the open social area.
Each bedroom compartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom to share.
All of these four bedrooms have a kingsize bed (180 cm width).
By two spiral staircases from the open social area you reach two mezzanines – one with a kingsize bed (also 180 cm width) and one with a sofa bed.
The dining an living room area and two of the bedrooms open up to a large terrace towards the sea.
Inside dining for up to 8 people and outside dining for up to 12 people and there is a comfortable lounge group for up to 8 people on the terrace next to our beautiful olive tree.
On the terrace there is also a barbeque area and a big hammock where you can swing, zip a coctail and watch the beautiful sunsets!
By the pool there are six comfortable sunbeds and a BIG cabana where you can take your afternoon nap or just gaze at the sea past the infinity pool...

Villa V is situated south of Dubrovnik only a 10 minute drive from the airport, 25 minutes from Dubrovnik and 15 minutes from the beautiful village Cavtat.
Nearest grocery shopping is a 7 minute drive from the Villa.

Parking facilities for up to 4 cars.

Guest access
The whole house and garden is at your disposal, and there are no neighbors!

Other things to note
No children under 15 are allowed due to steep areas around the pool.
The pool is heated between April 1st and September 30th.

I live in Stockholm, Sweden together with my husband Johnny who is half Croatian which is why we have built this house in this beautiful part of Croatia. We have two daughters and a little Maltipoo dog. I work as an Interior Designer and Yoga Teacher and Johnny works as a Consultant within the Real Estate and Construction Business. If you decide to rent Villa V I can promise you're going to love it! It took us five years to prepare the land and build the house but it was definitely worth the wait!
