The space

This first floor condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. There is free, on-site parking for one car, steps from the back door. Laundry is on site. The full kitchen is stocked with essentials to prepare a meal. The place has been well taken care of over the years and will surely make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

Convenient access to the interstate makes for easy travel to the airport, Opry Land, Downtown, the up and coming area of East Nashville, etc.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keys to the property. This code is changed every time we have a new guest so it is very secure. It will work for the time of your reservation only.

Because the weekends tend to be our most popular time, we typically require a 3-night minimum and Friday and Saturday nights to be booked in the same reservation. Under certain scenarios we can make exceptions to this, so please ask if you are looking to check in or out on Saturday!

Booking requirements:

If you are booking a reservation that begins or ends on a Saturday or a major holiday please inquire with us before booking. Also, if you are booking a same day reservation after 2 pm, please message us before booking so we can ensure the unit is clean and ready for you.

Please always inquire with us before booking if you will be bringing a pet; pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.

We may be able to make exceptions to the rules below depending on the situation so please don`t hesitate to ask!

Reservations are subject to cancellation if:

-The reservation begins or ends on a Saturday - we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together
-The reservation begins or ends on a major holiday - this includes but is not limited to: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
- A same day reservation is made past 2 pm and the unit is not ready and clean

During your stay:
1. Guests shall check out of the property at the checkout time and date of this agreement.
2. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs and damage should the premises be left in a lesser condition.
3. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
4. Guests shall not be permitted to have more than the number of persons stated above to reside or sleep on the premises.
5. Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a noise or disturbance likely to impact the surrounding property owners shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises with no refund of rents. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
6. Guests shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, etc, shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents.

The reason we enjoy using Airbnb is that we get a better feel of what it's like to be a local. This place was perfect for that! The location is great, far enough away from the crowds but close enough for a quick Lyft trip to pretty much anywhere in the city. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever plan another trip to Nashville.

Great communication with the hosts! Everything was clear and just as described. The location is an easy drive to what we wanted to do, but a bit to far to walk in the August sun. A great time!

This is a great place to stay, for a weekend or however long you're planning on. It's location is great and has quick access to just about everything you're looking to do in the city. Very clean and the pictures are very accurate for what you are to expect upon arrival.

We enjoyed our visit in Nashville, and found the location of the Blair Boulevard unit very convenient for looking at the Vanderbilt campus, plus an afternoon visit to the Parthenon. The unit was clean, with ample space. The weekend was especially quiet and peaceful; weekdays there tends to be some slight foot traffic sound early in the morning from the 2nd floor, but I'm an early riser, so it was fine. The washer and dryer are in the basement level, in a clean and well-lit area. They're commercial, so one needs to have quarters. We agree with the recommendation for Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream (we walked) and were pleasantly surprised to find the Sevier Park and Community Center nearby (we drove).

We arrived at the condo late Thursday night and the code we were given was not working, we went around to the front door and there was another keypad to get into the building. The code they gave me was not working on that either so I attempted to contact them and also Airbnb to figure out how we could get in since it was 3 am. While I was on hold with Airbnb they called me and we got in. They apologized and were extremely nice but it was a little frustrating not being able to get in for 45mins -1 hour. The rest of the stay there was amazing and the condo worked out perfect as the location is awesome! It sounds like the front door code was something that had just been installed and they were not aware. Things happen and I truly believe if they would have known it was installed they would have given it to me since they also did not want to cause an inconvenience. I do still definitely recommend this condo and UrbanNashville
