It was lovely to be able to have farm life surrounding the cottage and to venture out closer to the animals especially at this time of year where there are new born lambs and calves everywhere. I had a peaceful time and the cottage was welcoming and comfortable, with a bit of a modern look. And with a fenced yard i was able to let my dog run around safely. Would love to come again for longer next time.

Amongst rolling hills, this fully equipped 2 bd farm cottage had everything and more than I needed. Clean, tastefully furnished with welcoming touches it was home away from home. Tracy is an efficient host. I had a very pleasant stay, visited Rylstone, Kandos and Dunn's Swamp where I did a kayaking tour with Southern Cross Kayaking which I can highly recommend.

Having stayed here before I knew the place would be great. The homely touches like a lit fire on for arrival and the staples provided still make me smile even second time around. Great place to stay!

Tracey is a warm and friendly host, if you enjoy great wine and food please take her advice on some great local places. We had a beautiful relaxing weekend in the warm and comfortable cottage surrounded by the picturesque farm. Highly recommended

The old cottage has been refurbished and fitted out with care making it really homely. The fresh bread and jam, juice, milk and cereal were lovely. Tracey left fresh flowers and gum leaves out giving the place a nice smell. The house is in the middle of the farm, so we had sheep wandering past and the motorbike nearby early in the morning but that wasn't a problem. The scenery is lovely.

This simple fibro cottage is very comfortable and sits on a working farm. There is a good wood fire and electric heaters that keep you warm. Tracey supplied lots of nice things to eat. There was eggs, bread, jams, breakfast cereals, tea, coffee ect. The cottage looks out onto the farm with good views and there is lots of morning sunlight through the windows. The bed and linen were good and the shower had plenty of hot water. For the price I think its great value.
