Onegum Bed and Breakfast is an ideal country escape located near the Stirling Ranges in Kendenup, Western Australia. The bed and breakfast is a historic train carriage that has been lovingly restored to pay respect to it's rich heritage but to also have all the creature comforts to make your stay relaxing and idyllic. Onegum is also a family friendly farm where you can collect eggs for breakfast, pet the chickens or hang out with some friendly llamas.

Guest access

Guests have full access to everything Onegum has to offer. Enjoy fresh farm grown produce, see and play with the friendly animals or just relax in the comfort of the beautiful accomodation.

Interaction with guests

Stuart and Beth Campbell also live on Onegum as well. The house is far enough away from the carriage to provide all the privacy you need but close enough if you need any assistance. Stuart is available at any time to show you around the farm, introduce you to the friendly animals or to make any arrangements for you to enjoy local wineries, eateries and other amenities that the Great Southern has to offer.

Wow. What a great place and outstanding hospitality. We are blown away by the generosity and helpfulness of the hosts. The location is breathtaking - sitting on the terrace soaking up the views is just great. Loved the atmosphere o the railway carriage - and everything you need. So appreciated the local fresh food and drinks provided by the host too and most of all the personal help in planning our outings. Had a ball! Thank you.

Neat old rail car, comfortable even in cold winter weather. The breakfast is a real highlight - delicious fresh eggs, tasty pancakes, and heaps of other goodies to get you started on your day. The farm is nice too - bring binoculars to check out the early morning birds.

My wife and I spent our anniversary at Onegum for two nights and it was a weekend we'll never forget. The Carriage is well furnished and self-contained, stocked with some delicious local produce and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Stuart was an exceptional host willing to help make our stay as special as possible, and with plenty of knowledge on local attractions he makes the perfect B&B host. Would definitely recommend for any couples or families who feel like getting away from the bustle of the city to relax or adventuring around the nearby national parks.

Onegum Bed and Breakfast is the ideal spot for a lovely relaxing weekend, away from all the hustle and bustle of city life. The railway carriage was quaint, comfortable and well equipped. The hospitality was amazing and the scenery spectacular. We have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends. Karen, Alex and Jodie June'17

We had such a great experience staying at Onegum! The place is very cosy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location itself is stunning and is a great base for exploring other areas down south. The hosts were informative about the region and made us feel very welcome. It was also great fun just strolling through the olive grove and making friends with the llamas and dogs on the property. Would definitely visit again.

I'm a 25 year old guy from Kendenup, Western Australia. I was raised in the Great Southern and it's where I call home. Currently I live in the Northern Territory with my wife Tori and my cat Zelda, so I manage Onegum Bed and Breakfast from afar. Onegum is my childhood home and where I spent my formative years.

I love the Great Southern region of WA and have spent a good portion of my life exploring everything it has to offer.
