The space
Nestled in a peaceful countryside setting on the outskirts of Beauly, Heather Cottage is a wooden-clad luxurious retreat for couples and small families looking to spoil themselves with a nice break away. Featuring a slick and modern open-planned living space along with a optional bubbling wood-fired hot tub outside, this cottage was renovated with guests in mind.
Sleeping up to4people in two zip-linked king/twin bedrooms and a single guestbed, the cottage is spacious and bright throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and contains all of the appliances and crockery you could need. The sitting room area has lovely views of the hills over by Eskadale, with the patio doors leading out to the enclosed garden with hot tub and garden furniture. Although Heather Cottage is semi-detached, it still feels very private with high perimeter fences and your own parking area to the side of the house. Upstairs, you will find the two ensuite bedrooms which can be made up as twins or doubles, depending on your group (please request when making your booking). The master bedroom has patio doors that open out on to a balcony, which makes it the perfect place for watching the sunset with a glass of your favourite tipple in hand. Heather Cottage truly is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and rest assured you will return after your holiday here fully recharged.
Beauly and the surrounding area is a fantastic place to come on holiday, for kids and adults alike. You are ideally placed at Heather Cottage for exploring Loch Ness, Inverness and Easter Ross (when you feel as though you can prise yourself away from the comforts of the cottage!). Families will enjoy boat trips looking for Nessie and a visit to Urquhart Castle is a must. Take a trip down The Great Glen Way (named as one of Scotland’s Great Trails) and spend the day sightseeing in Fort William. There are plentiful places for walks too, which is sure to be a hit with humans as well as four-legged members of the family! Whether you are looking for a relaxing stay or one that is full of activity and adventure, Heather Cottage is an excellent place you are sure to love.

Wood fired Hot Tub Available at an additional cost of £80 set up fee for up to 3 nights and then an additional £10 per night after, this is payable at least 1 day before arrival via bank transfer or through Airbnb. please let me know if you wish to book the hot tub so it can be available on the day of arrival if not it will not be set up for use. The hot tub price is charged for the number and nights booked at the property. If you book the Hot tub you will also receive a complimentary bottle of bubbles. Robes supplied for hot tub use.

Pets are more than welcome however come at an extra cost of £20 per pet. Max 2 pets unless agreed otherwise with us.
