The space
Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3100 square feet, it sleeps 8 people perfectly.

Walking into the open and airy living room, kitchen and dining room, you’ll feel right at home. Decorated beautifully by an interior designer, you’re sure to enjoy your time at this lovely townhouse. The main floor features a spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you’ll need to eat in. A toaster, toaster oven, soda stream, coffee pot, blender, juicer, food processor, crockpot, pots, baking pans, cookie sheets, cupcake pans, deep fryer, plates, glassware and utensils make cooking a breeze. There’s seating for four at the bar.

The back deck is located just off the kitchen and has a gas Napoleon BBQ grill and a Traeger smoker.

You’ll find a private hot tub there as well, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or summer fun.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there’s a laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Next to the kitchen is a nice dining area with a table that seats ten. The living room has a 45” TV with cable, a massage chair, a nice gas fireplace for cold, winter nights and a ceiling fan. Plenty of couches and chairs make entertaining easy. The half bath is located on the main floor.

A large master suite is also located on the main level. It features a King bed, en suite bathroom (with a jetted tub and bidet), and a 45” TV with cable. With comfortable bedding and luxurious sheets, relaxation will be a breeze.

Upstairs, there’s an open loft with a seating, a desk, and a printer. You’ll also find three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, ceiling fans, 36” HD Smart TVs, and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 36” HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combination as well.

The lower level of the home has another large living room with a 55” HD Smart TV and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

No need to worry about parking. There’s a two-car garage attached to the home (with additional room for two vehicles in the driveway). There’s no street parking allowed in this neighborhood.

The home has full heating, dual Central Air-Conditioning units, ceiling fans, the gas fireplace, a Sonos Whole Home sound system (speakers on back patio, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and main floor family room), a soft water system, and much more! Comfort during any time of year will be easy and convenient.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a 15-seat movie theater, a private conference room, an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, there are several walking trails leading to a covered pavilion, 15-acre community park and large grass-sports area.
