Heather was a really wonderful host with a beautiful cat. She was kind and very interesting; she even sponsored us for a charity event that we were taking part in! The room was comfortable and she went out of her way to provide breakfast for us at 5:30am, which was beyond the call of duty. We hope to be back.

My stay at Heather 's place was first class. I was working at Twickenham stadium for 4 days so it was nice to retreat to a quite area of Richmond with stress free parking. The breakfast was excellent and set me up for the beginning of the day. Heather has Hosted for many years and this you can see in her attitude and attention to detail. A real gem and I look forward to returning sometime soon.

Heather is a kind and attentive host, and delightful to talk to. The apartment is clean and cozy. And the villages are refreshing; she has a lot of good background on the history of the area, if you're interested. It's a perfect spot if you want to get a feel for an older London.

My first time booking through AirBnB. Great place and Heather is very helpful and goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable and the location was close to the bus stop. A very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Heather's while visiting family in Ham. She is a very welcoming host, the room is really comfortable and her cat Duchess makes sure you'll feel at home!

Heather is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house and the room are very nice and cosy. Heather told me all about the area, places to see and how the public transport operates. Thank you so much!
