Chalet d' Olivier is a beautifully renovated, modern chalet in the sought after Plaine des Praz. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, a sauna, terrace, garden and garage.
Chalet d' Olivier is an attractively renovated demi-chalet situated in a group of 4 properties in the exclusive area of Plaine des Praz in Chamonix.
The chalet is entered via a hallway with a storage cupboard and separate WC. The ground floor comprises a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, there are two further flexible bedrooms to the rear of the property (can be made up as a double or twin) with wardrobes and doors that open on to the deck and garden. This floor also has a family bathroom and a separate shower room.
Stairs lead to the lower ground floor with the master bedroom with ensuite washroom and ensuite shower room/ sauna. This floor also houses the utility/technical room which has two walls of storage cupboards and provides an alternative access to the sauna.
The whole top floor is entirely given over to the living space and is an exceptionally bright area with windows on three sides. The area has been divided to provide clear spaces for living, dining and cooking. The kitchen is of a high standard and has been fully integrated with an American fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, and the living area has comfortable seating around a wood burning stove, with access to a balcony. A second door leads to a dining terrace with fabulous uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc.
There is a washing machine for guests use, a garage and space for a car on the driveway. There is Wifi in the property.
Chalet d'Olivier's quiet location, spacious outside areas and light modern finish, offers comfortable living throughout the year for groups of all ages.
Guests will have free and exclusive use of all the facilities, including parking, sauna and Wifi.
Interaction with guests
Guests will be met at the chalet on arrival to get the keys and any info they need for their stay. We have an office in the centre of town, so someone is always on hand if there are any problems or advice needed.
Other things to note
The nightly rate applies to flexi breaks with a minimum duration of 4 nights. Discounted rates are available for reservations of 7 nights, Sunday to Sunday. Please ask us!
