Mediterranean and homely decoration with spectacular views to the sea and mountains, property surrounded by fields and very quiet. Access to the public pool (100 meters from the property). The apartment have 62m² with a nice terrace, perfect for families of 4 members.

The space
The beach is 800m from the apartment, walking is just over 15 min. But by car only 3. The apartment has air conditioning, WIFI, in the kitchen there are traditional coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, teapots and all the basics. The build has 2 elevators and around there are playground to the kids. The apartment is away from the main road so... this area is very quiet.

The area has a huge beach where it is impossible to agglomerate people. The town offers every Wednesday Throughout the summer a market alongside the river, which offers among other things, local produce. Very good summer atmosphere.
Pharmacies, Bakeries, Restaurants / Cafes, Grocers and Clothing shopping, Supermarket and Gas Station.
They also offer; Excursions in Kayak, in Quads 4x4 and a few kilometers excursions on horseback.
