Noble residential neighborhood of Niterói (RJ) with two beaches, calm streets, surrounded by vegetation of the Atlantic Forest, access to the Serra da Tiririca State Park (World Biosphere Reserve) and served with complete infrastructure (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, snack bars, restaurants, bus to different regions, etc.). Its beauty, tranquility and lush nature serve as a habitat for several species of Brazilian flora and fauna. It's common to come across marmosets jumping into the branches of trees in the streets and even on poles and cables.

Our neighborhood is the safest in the entire ocean region of Niterói. The street is quiet, with no exit and a gate. You don't have to move your car out the driveway! Everything is close by! Market (they deliver at home. Just pass a WhatsApp to them!), pharmacy, restaurant, Puro Suco (açaí, juices, snacks... delicious!), the famous Itacoatiara beach where there are high waves and there is Prainha to enjoy with the children and family, bakery, natural products store, pizzeria, beauty salon,... Amenity is not lacking! Safety! Nature! If you like to hike, don't forget to bring your sneakers and climb Costão! There you will get a sense of the beauty that is our neighborhood and fall in love with it!
