My place is a private one bedroom condo in LA (on the border of Culver City).

There is a bedroom with a locking door, a clean bathroom (and my shower has great water pressure), a living room with a folding couch that can be used as a bed, an inflatable mattress, and a full kitchen.

There is also 2 work stations (desks, monitors, cables, etc), wifi, and plenty of parking.

I'm a ~5 minute walk to the Jefferson/La Cienega Metro Expo Line stop, so you can get anywhere in the city!

The place was nice and clean. I did not meet Alex. He stayed somewhere for the night - so I had his whole place to myself for the night. The location was perfect for me because it was close to Santa Monica Blvd. - where I had an early appointment the following morning. There's plenty of parking, although initially, I wasn't sure if could park on the narrow 2 lane street (which turns into 1 lane after cars started parking on one side). Overall, it was a good place to stay - nothing fancy, the bed was comfortable and it has everything that you'll need for a short night stay.

Protestations stayed at my place in LA for a night. He was a very clean and curteous guest, I would definitely have him over again!

This is the best AirBnb experience I've had so far. Alex is very friendly and fun room is perfect. It's clean with wooden drawers where you can put clothes and place stuff on, hangers, soft bed, window, ceiling fan, lamp beside the bed. Bathroom is clean too. The attention to detail is amazing and it creates a very comfortable environment for Alex' guests, like what I felt. Uber rides are always present near the location and when you want to explore bo downtown and the beach, this spot is right in the middle of both locations.

Alex's place is situated a short walk away from the Metro Expo line, making it easy to get to both downtown LA and Santa Monica. Additionally, street parking was easily found, a rarity in LA. The pictures accurately represented the apartment, which is a 1BA/1BA location with living room and kitchen. Wifi was a touch hit or miss in the bedroom. Alex himself is a nice and accommodating host, whom I briefly interacted with at the beginning and end of my stay. You will be sharing the apartment with him and I had absolutely no problems doing so, even though I came back late in the night most days. I'll note that, as is usual with LA apartments, if it's hot during the day, it'll be hot at night. Alex has that problem solved with fans in the room and apartment, though with the fans running and the windows open, this location may not be ideal for the noise sensitive.

I love anything outdoors - hiking, sailing, skiing, you name it. I know a lot of great places in the area - just ask!
