Perhaps the best feature of this property is the 180-degree view from the balconies, giving you a panoramic view of Newport Harbor all the way out to Catalina Island. The balconies face west and overlook Begonia Park allowing for magnificent sunset views that your friends at home will envy. The balconies are adjacent to the living room and master bedroom. You’ll be able to relax in the cool ocean breeze while taking in a great sunset.
The property's unique split levels provide each bedroom and living space with a level of privacy that makes this 2,600 square foot property feel extra roomy. Despite being so close to some many things to do, its location is secluded at the end of a private road surrounded by several beautiful homes.
This property is filled with amenities through its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entry, you’ll feel at home with water fountain in the entry. The living room features a large flat screen TV with a fireplace. The kitchen features high end appliances and is stocked should you want to prepare a gourmet meal. The wood finishes are deep in color with accompanying ornamental iron fixtures.
The luxurious master bedroom has a private balcony, large TV, king bed, a fireplace and a private bathroom. It is a great place for a retreat from the rest of the house.

If you enjoy an active lifestyle, Corona del Mar’s beaches provide the perfect backdrop for jogging, ocean swims, and stair climbing. The villa is located a short walk (5-10 minutes) to CORONA DEL MAR STATE BEACH, a great family beach and a popular place for swimmers. Also known as Big Corona Beach, Corona del Mar State Beach is a half-mile long sandy beach framed by cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport Harbor. The beach is also popular with surfers, divers, volleyball players and sunbathers.
Corona del Mar offers beautiful sandy beaches and coves that look like they came right off of a movie set. You actually may have seen these beaches in movie and television productions such as Gilligan’s Island and current made for TV productions from Disney. The sunsets here are incredible, so bring a picnic and enjoy! Corona del Mar State Beach held the first major surf competition in Mainland America: the Pacific Coast Surf Riding Championships in 1928.
If you want to visit the DISNEYLAND RESORT area, our property is located just under 20 miles to the resort and it's two main parks - DISNEYLAND and DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE. After a great day at the parks, you can return back to your villa, refresh, relax, and take a stroll down to the beach.
If you are interested in the Laguna Beach PAGEANT OF MASTERS during July, this is a fantastic place to stay. Lyft or Uber is the easiest way to get to the event. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine on the balcony before your ride picks you up and takes you to Laguna Beach.
Additional local attractions includes Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Aquarium of the Pacific, South Coast Plaza, and Fashion Island.
GREAT FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS
This property is also fantastic for midweek business travelers to the Newport Beach / Irvine areas. With access to wi-fi, a large dining room table, and a separate office, the executive on-the-go can still feel connected to the office, but can also enjoy the peace and quiet of a private residence. Located 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA) and its surrounding businesses. Newport Center Drive is 5 minutes from the property and gives you access to companies such as The Irvine Company, Pacific Life, and PIMCO. The Irvine Spectrum is a short 15-20 minute drive.

What are the House Rules?:
You can park in the driveway, once you enter you can open the garage from the inside. You can park in the garage.
Please note that this door code will only be active from the date and time of your check-in and will be deactivated on the date and time of your check-out. Door code will be issued approximately 2 days before arrival.
CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3:00pm local time. Check-out time is 10:00am.
Note that this is a BIG house. Plan your time the night before checkout and the morning of checkout so that you can finish on time. Late checkout results in additional charges to us, and may result in additional charges to you. To avoid an extra $50 cleaning fee, please make sure all trash has been removed, linens have been removed and placed in a pile, and the dishwasher is loaded.

This property has a Climate control system and is preset for 70 degrees. Remember, you are close to the ocean and will get cool ocean breezes at night. Air conditioning and heating are typically not required. If you need to change the settings, contact the property manager.
NOTE: excess use of the climate control (due to leaving windows or doors open, etc.) or damage to the control system may result in a $25 per day charge or full cost of the repair.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS
Smoking or Pets of any kind are not allowed. If there are pets or evidence of smoking, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds and possibly charged for the additional cleaning.
HOT TUB: Hot tub does not work.
TRASH PICK-UP DAY: Thursday is trash removal day, place bins on curb and bring them in Friday.
ENTRY FOUNTAIN: To activate the fountain, please use the switch on the wall directly behind the fountain.
Beach towels are provided, they are located in the armoire downstairs. Please do not remove the bath towels provided
