The space

A renovated barn style guesthouse with three guest rooms on the second story, a shared bath and full kitchen -adjacent to the Green Mountain National Forest. This bunk room, our wee one, is perfect for quiet rest and reading under the cute book lights we include in every room. If you're traveling with lots of gear, you might be more comfortable in the Low room or the Merrill, which are a bit more roomy.

I also offer private pottery classes. They require scheduling separate from your air BnB reservation, so please inquire ahead of your visit. I'd love to teach you how to make pottery! Consider booking the entire guesthouse for a retreat and pottery workshop for your friends and family! Message me for information.

Guest access

A shared bath and fully equipped kitchen, beautiful meadows and mountain views, (mostly unmarked) hiking trails, dirt road and mountain biking, snowshoeing. Pottery workshops are available with pre-scheduling and are charged separately from guest rooms fees.

Jackie's photos do this place no justice. It blew my mind away. Thank you for the most peaceful, beautiful and comfortable night's sleep in a long time. The pottery studio downstairs was full of the most incredible collection in an amazing setting, where the sun rises and sets in all the right places. We were in awe. Thank you Jackie...hopefully we will be back.

Jackie's place is a work of art. The white cedar walls, beautiful colors and cozy down comforters above her pottery studio were so relaxing. I enjoyed the plunge pool and time to talk with Jackie. It is located in the Vermont hills and not too far from Bennington College were I was visiting my son. It made for a wonderful retreat. I am looking forward to returning as soon as I get a chance. We really enjoyed our stay. Jackie was terrific. Having a shared bathroom was a bit of a challenge for me, yet it all worked out. The kitchens lovely and it was so nice to be able to eat in. Everything was very clean and pretty. We enjoyed meeting the other guests. Will defiantly be going back again.

I'm not sure I can adequately describe just how heavenly my experience staying at Jackie's guest house was. Noticing that Jackie was a potter, I asked about workshops/classes, and was treated to a one-on-one morning session that absolutely made my year. If you have the time and inclination, do a workshop (solo or with friends) with Jackie! She is all you want in a teacher — encouraging and informative but gives you room to play. She's also really just so much fun to talk to and I was so bummed when the session was over. The guest house itself is super cute and just a wonderful place to be. I'm planning to come back with a heap of friends ASAP. You would be making a mistake not to book here!
