It is a super easy 2 block, 8 min walk, to the very BEST part of Waikiki beach (the King Kamehameha statue). Many bars, restaurants, and the biggest grocery store in Waikiki are next door and walkable.
Save big compared to staying at a hotel. Why spend $500+ or more a night for two hotel rooms when you could stay in my 2 bedroom condo! Hotels also charge an arm and leg for parking at $40 a night, Wifi for $20 a night, plus eating out every meal, and you quickly see how my place is a huge bargain.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, so it is very comfortable with decent privacy for 4 adults, plus or a kid or two! For those looking to sleep 6 adults, please be realistic, it will be a bit tight but many people have done it and been very happy with the savings compared to booking 2 or 3 separate hotel rooms.
The best part is, you can walk to everything! With an overall walk score of “ 87 – Very High" with a 100 out of 100 in the sub categories of Dining and Drinking, Shopping, Groceries, and Cultural / Entertainment you can easily walk to everything you will need from the front door of my apartment!

The building amenities are great and include a pool deck with large hot tub, a small gym, and mens / womens hot sauna, plus a roof deck BBQ area for grilling and entertaining with an amazing ocean view.
The roofdeck is really a gem, you can also go up there on Friday night for a great view of the fireworks, which usually start around 7:30 or so. From the roof, you can also get a nearly unobstructed view of the ocean, diamond head, and the mountains right behind waikiki. Its a stunning view, and great place not just to BBQ but to hang out and relax.
Its an awesome unit you won't find a better deal. Price includes all taxes and fees etc. We pay our Vacation Rental and Transient Taxes!
Air Conditioning: There are two A/C units in the unit, one in the Master Bedroom, and one in the Living room. They are the portable types. Some people say they are loud but they work well.
Extra stuff: There is a hairdryer in the unit, as well as iron and ironing board. Some people forget about that until its too late, but we have it! I tried to think of all the little things that make a stay more comfortable. There are empty hangers in the closet, a luggage rack in the guest room, and plenty of (12) towels. One bath towel and one beach towel for each potential guest.
Filtered, cold, clean water available all the time: Since we got top of the line stuff, like my $3,000 GE Profile Fridge, you can enjoy clean water without buying bottles. It has a built in high quality water filter. The water out of the fridge tastes great. No need to buy bottled water (Again, saving you money compared to hotel living)! Plus, it also makes ice cubes with that filtered water, very convenient, just open the freezer and they are right there.
My place is really right near a major bus stop and multiple bus line as well. Public transportation, should you decide to go that way, is a snap! The main bus stop is right on Kuhio ave, 3 minutes walk from my place. The shuttles to Ala Moana and the convention center also stop there too, if thats where you need to head. Shuttles are a fixed $2, bus is $2.50. Bring change.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate early check-ins. There is no place to leave your bags until you check in, so you must prepare for that if you arrive before 4pm.
Q: Does your unit include parking?
A: Yes! 1 spot included with the price
Q: How many towels are included?
A: 2 For each guest: a white one for the shower and a blue or color towel for the pool or beach.
Q: Is there a washing machine? Or laundry room?
A: Yes! There is a laundry room on the 5th floor for guest use. They sell soap there as well in single serve sizes.
Q: Do you include bedding / sheets / pillows for the pull out couch?
A: Yes, a full set of bedding is included if you want to use the pull out couch.
Q: Can I check in early, before 4pm?
A: No, sorry. If you arrive early and want to go immediately to the apartment, please book one day early so you can go right there. I have many guests who do this and love the convenience, and its still way cheaper than a hotel.
Q: OK I can't check in early, but can I leave my bags somewhere?
A: Sorry there is nobody to take your bags. This is not a hotel. However, many people leave their bags at a small shop nearby on Kuhio ave, its $5 per bag / per day and they are open 10am to 8pm.
Q: Can I leave my bags in the apartment during cleaning if I have a later flight?
A: Sorry, again, that is not possible.
Q: Can we check out late?
A: Sorry, probably not. We usually have a very tight schedule and the cleaners are scheduled to come right around check out time (noon).
Q: Any discounts for a week (or more) stay?
A: If you are going to stay 10 days or longer, email me directly first and I will hook you up with a discount.
Q: I heard there was construction, is that done?
A: Yes it is all finished now and the building has a new beautiful pool deck, upgraded (but tiny still) gym, and a renovated BBQ area as well.
Q: Is the pool /hot tub still closed?
A: No, the pool is now open and ready for use! It was totally re-done last year. The only reason it may be closed now is for regular maintenance but all work is done.
Q: Is there a gym on site?
A: Yes there is, but it is very small. It has one bike and one universal weight machine. There is a separate key for the gym that is located in the apartment when you check in if you wish to use it.
Rental is for the entire unit plus parking space

Please note the building has very good security cameras and any rule violations are caught by the building manager very easily if not in person but by camera, they are very strict. The most common fees he issues are speeding in the parking garage (5mph limit) and hanging towels over the lanai railing, or noise violations. Any fee charged you are responsible for.
No pets, no smoking (even on balcony / lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on AirBnB listing allowed in unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge.
No parties or events allowed in the unit or the rooftop / pool area. Minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Check in after 4pm or by special arrangement. PLEASE do not ask to apartment manager or our neighbors to put your luggage if you arrive here earlier than check-in time or leave later than check-out time. You can arrange special offer with us before arriving here but please do not bother other people in this apartment because it is not their responsibility.
Do not use the parking space before or after your check-in or check-out, as it is needed for the cleaner. Your car may be towed without warning.
Lost key fee is $200, Lost Key fob fee is $50
