This Old Greenwood home's functional floor plan offers the convenience of an open living area on the entry level. A sectional sofa, love seat, and over sized chair offer plenty of seating around the fireplace and wall mounted flat screen television, and huge windows let in plenty of light. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need to cook a delicious dinner, and the large dining area offers plenty of comfortable seating.
Two Master suites are also located on the entry level, each with its own ensuite bath and flat screen television. Upstairs, you'll find a twin bedroom and full bath, entertainment loft with pool table and seating area, and a private office.
In the summer months, you'll undoubtedly spend much of your time on the sunny, ground floor patio, taking advantage of the built in seating, gas grill, and private hot tub.

Rent and cleaning fees are taxable as required by law. AirBNB does not provide a line item for tax, and thus tax has been included in the advertised nightly rate, and included in the advertised cleaning fee. The cleaning fee amount also includes the cost of purchasing our non-refundable Damage Waiver. All guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement once a reservation is confirmed. This Rental Agreement serves to provide an added layer of protection for both our guests and our homeowners. All AirBNB policies are still upheld. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

The number of individuals in the home is not to exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation, or the maximum occupancy of the home, at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Pets are not permitted. Please do not play loud music, create noise that can be heard at the property line or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want vacation renters to act in your neighborhood back home. Your neighbors need their beauty sleep, especially after 9:00 pm. Our detailed Rental Agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation (or upon request).
