Prepare to enjoy your afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the district views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. You’ll find yourself only a 2 minute walk from some of Hawthorn’s trendiest bars and dining scenes on Glenferrie Road and Burwood Road.
Entering my apartment you’ll find a generously sized and well equipped kitchen. With stainless appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for a group of guests. It’s a highly modern and professional kitchen, and I’ve always found myself entertaining from this part of the house - my friends love it!
Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy sweeping parkland views of Grace Park, all from a 6 seater dining table, complete with all crockery and utensils as required. When the morning sun pokes through the balcony, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The open plan design of the kitchen, dining and living rooms certainly brings my apartment a great sense of space.
My lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and a stylishly plush chaise sofa. Further, guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed that pulls out from the lounge.
Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two double size beds. Bedrooms also feature overly generous sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, and windows with draw-down blinds.
With stylish designs and luxurious walk-in showers, there are two generously sized bathrooms that will service all your needs. I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, dryer, washing up tub, ironing board and iron.

Interaction with guests
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
- This listing has a very strict no party policy and only the guests who are staying at the house, are allowed to be on the premises. There are neighbours and therefore want to minimise excessive noise. Your help in keeping noise low, is much appreciated. Adjoining neighbours will complain to the police, council rangers will come and this could lead to an eviction of the property. This can all happen really quickly - so best use the house as a base to explore Hawthorn & Melbourne.
