Great spacious flat, with a lovely homely feel, which has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Brighton & Hove.
The flat has two large bedrooms (one en-suite) and a main bathroom. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but can fit 2 children if two are sharing the double sofa bed. Good for families.
Only 1 minute walk to the seafront and Hove Lawns. It is also right next to some great bars, restaurants and cafes.
There is also a well stocked kitchen, office space and a great suntrap garden.
The flat has it's own entrance at both the front and rear of the property with a key safe on-site that lets guests easily access the flat and check-in/out at their own convenience.
There's a lovely private garden on-site with use of BBQ, large outdoor table, sun-loungers etc.
When around we will happily pop by and show AirBNB guests around the flat and give recommendations of local restaurants and things to do. But when not in town, the keys will be in the key safe and we leave out a property guide with everything you need to know and big list of local recommendations (updated whenever we get chance)
Only a minute's walk from Hove Seafront and Hove Lawns (the nicer and slightly quieter side of Brighton & Hove beach).
There are lots of great bars, shops, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk.
There is a lso a big supermarket 1 minute walk, so very easy to get groceries.
Taxi: The vast majority of taxis in Brighton & Hove are run through Streamline taxis who can be contacted on (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . Except in very busy periods, Streamline taxis typically arrive very quickly (usually within 5 minutes): please bear this in mind when booking your taxi.
Bus: The buses in Brighton are not the cheapest but are clean, comfortable, reliable and very frequent. The nearest bus stop is at the top of the road (see map below) and buses will leave every few minutes (the 1, 1a, 6 & 49 will all take you to the centre of town). For full details on Brighton & Hove Buses, see: (Website hidden by Airbnb)
Cycling: Our home is only a minutes’ walk to the sea (bottom of the road). Once you reach the seafront there are dedicated walking paths and cycle lanes to Brighton & Hove Town Centre. It takes between 30 to 45 minutes to walk into the centre and less than 10 minutes to cycle. It is by far the nicest way to get into town and there is plenty to see on route.
Trains: Hove station is less than 10 minutes walk and has trains heading north to London (via Gatwick), east to Brighton Centre, Eastbourne, Hastings and west to Worthing, Chichester, Portsmouth and Southampton. If you are catching a train from Hove Station, pop into Small Batch Coffee Shop (on the left 50 metres before the station), it does fantastic takeaway coffee.
