Located on a beautiful acre of gated green lawn. including an added outdoor shower area, full kitchen this cottage gives you privacy with tinted glass windows, WiFi, Cable TV with 50' Plasma TV/DVD, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and of course, plenty of aloha!
Sleeps 1-2 adults maximum, no exceptions (one king size bed + one single bed). We just added a single bed located in the TV room for two singles traveling. So, you now have a King size bed and a single bed. The TV/Bed room can be private by closing the curtains. You will have to flip a coin to see who gets the big bed! To maintain the special nature and experience of your stay; sorry, not suitable for children and please, no smoking or outside visitors without prior permission.

Located in the 7 mile surf mecca of the world. Legendary Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach are all minutes away. Premier North Shore snorkeling at Sharks Cove is minutes away. You are on an acre and half gated quiet estate. Along with the best beaches in Hawaii you are also a couple of minutes from mountain trails for hiking. Foodland Grocery store is 5 minutes away, 2 miles (next to the Coffee Bean for you coffee lovers) and the North Shores most famous town Haleiwa is 9 miles away. Two 18 hole World class golf courses at Turtle Bay Resort is just a few miles down the road. Sunset beach and Banzai Pipeline is 3 miles down the road, Waimea Bay 2 miles away, Sharks Cove at bottom of hill!

TAXES: 13.96% Hawaii taxes are included and part of the $220 daily rate. Therefore, the actual daily rate is $189.29 PLUS Hawaii taxes. We, the host, pay the taxes. The site does not show the breakdown as they do not have this add on option. We say this because we feel the guest should know the actual rate breakdown.
CANCELLATIONS: 100% Refund if cancelled at least 60 days before to arrival date.
When possible we will meet you upon arrival at the cottage to make sure you are happy in every way and show you around! And you will always have either ourselves or a contact number to call for any questions that may come up during your stay.

This Rental Agreement is a contract to rent (website hidden) Listing (phone number hidden) known as 'Beautiful Private Cottage' for the amount of time, for the price and for the person(s)indicated in this agreement.
In the event of a cancellation, the owners will attempt to re-rent the unit(s)for the reserved dates, in which case a full refund of all amounts paid, minus a $100 administration fee, will be issued, minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card).
If any of the canceled days cannot be re-rented, the full booking amount for those days will be deducted from any refund due. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due. The owner may consider a credit towards a future stay at his/her discretion.
Extension of Stay
This Rental Agreement might be able to be extended with the permission of the agent, and if no one else is already scheduled in the unit.
I understand my responsibilities as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages to the property caused by me or any member of my party. By signing below, I agree to pay the owners for repairs in the event damages are caused by us during our stay, and I agree to pay replacement value for any items which are broken during my stay.
The owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or other valuables during our stay. The owners are not responsible for any interruption in electrical service, as this may happen from time to time.
While the owners will make every effort to ensure that the guests' stay is enjoyable, the owners are not responsible for disturbances beyond their control including, but not limited to, neighborhood festivities, construction noise, tropical storms and neighborhood pets.
Guests cannot visit without prior permission from owner, but, if given, are not allowed to stay overnight.
No animals allowed.
All residents and their guests understand and acknowledge that possession, use, sale, or distribution of controlled substances (drugs) and or engagement in any other illegal activities within this unit is a breach of this rental agreement and grounds for immediate termination of this lease and forfeiture of all deposits, prepaid rent, and security deposits.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in the unit including anywhere on the property surrounding the unit. Any violation will be grounds for immediate termination of this lease and forfeiture of all deposits, prepaid rent, and security deposits. Any violation may be subject to an additional surcharge of $300 to remove any odor in the rental due to smoking plus actual amounts if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes,or burns.
All guests agree to keep noise to a minimum and be aware and respectful of the neighbors; please be considerate of the other people's enjoyment. Loud noise or music is not permitted.
Under no circumstances may any parties or events take place at the unit or property.
In the rare instance that it is required, owner or owner's agent will have the right to show the premises to prospective clients with 24 hour notice to Renter at Renter's convenience. The owner or owner's agent also has the right to inspect the premises at anytime if there is reasonable cause to believe the Renter or any other person is misusing or damaging the premises or furnishings therein.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later and check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.
Unless approved in writing, the maximum number of overnight guests allowed is the number of people stated on this agreement. Any increase must be approved prior to arrival and no more than the maximum occupancy for the property will be allowed. No guest may assign this agreement or sublet use of any part of the unit.
Unless approved in writing, the maximum capacity authorized in the unit: 2. Please Note: If maximum occupancy is exceeded there may be fines of up to $500 and this may also be grounds for immediate termination of your rental agreement and eviction may occur.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: I (the Renter) am aware of the risks and I take responsibility for all damages to myself and any member of my party, including those who accompany me or visit any member of my party in the cottage. I expressly release from liability all individual owners and landlords, and all other renters and/or occupants of the house I am renting, and owners of other houses in the complexes in and around the location where this rental is located, as well as any agent of the houses, for any damage to me or any member of my party for any reason. I further agree to hold harmless all individual owners and landlords and agents of this rental, for any and all claims arising as a result of my rental of house(s) or property. That is, during the term of my rental I agree to accept full legal responsibility for all damages to myself and to all members of my party and to all guests of myself and members of my party.
I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the waiver will continue to be in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be via arbitration in the state of Hawaii, and in no other venue.
I affirm that I am of legal age and freely signing this agreement. I have read this form as well as the rules of occupancy, and fully understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and/or remedies which may be available to me for the negligence of the owner(s),landlord(s) or other agents or parties listed above.
