Comfortable and cheerful double room, furnished in a warm, elegant family style, with a spacious bathroom next door, all situated in a reserved area of a bright apartment in a residential area 10 minutes walk from St. Peter.

The space

The apartment is well connected to the city center and to the subway.
The room is quiet because it is located on an inner courtyard.
I do a duty to inform people that the City of Rome requires all non-residents a tax of € 3.50 per person per day up to a maximum of 10 days. This amount is not included in the price not being intended for the owners of facilities, who are required to collect and send these contributions to the municipality, issuing receipts.
This room is part o(URL HIDDEN)which also has a single bedroom ( Pleasant single B&B near St.Peter), so it can accommodate 3 persons in all, to which reserves a large bathroom complete with everything. You will find a pleasant atmosphere.
Supermparket, bars, deli and Villa Pamphili (the biggest park of Rome) are at a walking distance.

Guest access

Guests can use the kitchen for using the fridge or preparing sandwiches or eating ready-made foods. You can cook up sometimes, but not always, for logistical reasons.
Guest can enjoy living room for reading or working on pc or watching TV.

Interaction with guests

Since I am an open and welcoming person, you will find me available to the conversation, the advice and the help possible.
One of my suggestions is to book a visit to Galleria Borghese that is one of the best Museum in Roma and it is situated in the wonderful Park of Villa Borghese. Normally it needs to be reserved about a month before, sometime less. Go through the official site of the Gallery that is galleriaborghese point it.

Other things to note

There are appreciated and inexpensive dining options nearby: diner, bar / pastry shops, restaurants, supermarkets open 24 hours.

Elisabetta was a very welcoming and kind host. She went out of her way to accommodate my allergy to cats by stopping her beloved Princess Isabella, a very friendly cat, from coming into the bedroom where I was sleeping and the kitchen during breakfast. This was very thoughtful of her as we thought her place looked the best we could find on air bnb in Rome and it was a lovely flat. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight at breakfast time and she would always give you more bread/focaccia "pizza" bread if you wanted.

We really loved staying with Elisabetta and Princess Isabel! Elisabetta is very warm and welcoming and is great to chat to. The room is lovely, and the flat is in a great location in a nice quieter part of Rome. It's really easy to walk or get the bus into the city. Would definitely recommend!

Elisabetta was lovely and welcoming - and so was the lovely Princessa the cat! (is she the most beautiful cat in the world?!). The house and room were spotlessly clean and well furnished. Elisabetta made a nice, simple breakfast and good Italian coffee each morning. While the location is not in the centre of the main tourist streets, it is walking distance (10-15 mins) to the Vatican and Elisabetta was very helpful with advice on buses to get elsewhere in the city - which really didn't take too long. Thank you very much!

Our stay with Elisabetta was absolutely wonderful! We are so gracious for her willingness to help us in any way, and because of her suggestions we were able to see some of the most beautiful sights of Rome. Breakfast was such a treat and we loved getting to spend time with her in the morning. She is so genuine and kind! Her hospitality and welcoming spirit were much appreciated making our stay in Rome flawless. Her home is in a wonderful location just a bus ride away from anywhere you would like to go! We would absolutely recommend this room to anyone and would love to return!

Response from Elisabetta:
Carry Thanks for your appreciation. I did not think I had done so much. As I wrote you were very independent. I would also very pleased to meet again to see you and so that you can appreciate other riches of Rome and also its surroundings.

Elisabetta was such a lovely host! My partner & I spent a week with Elisabetta and princesa. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee, fresh orange juice, different breads, ricotta cheese, mermelades. She had time to talk to us every morning, with great advise for transport and restaurants ( Augusto and close by Grecco with great food and home made icecream). The location is a lovely residential area with great places to eat. Her flat is located about a 20 min walk from a Vatican City which is very convenient and close to many bus stops, night buses, Vatican train & metro, Trastevere metro. A taxi from Vatican train station is around 12 euros that can be handy when you are coming from the airport. Elisabetta over delivered everyday. Thanks a mil for the lovely fruit on our last day, giving us a lift and coming back when I forgot my bag with DSLR camera, phone, passport and bank cards. Niall & Natalia
