The private, 14m x5m chlorine pool is located in the garden and has a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.9m. After swimming, lay down on one of the four loungers and get tanned. Both the terrace and the porch are perfect spots for a barbecue with family and friends. An exterior shower is good for a quick refreshment. The fenced plot measures more than 15000m2 and you have the possibility to enjoy nice strolls through the nature. The house is totally private, but the access road is shared with the owner.
Inside, the rooms have an elegant style with the typical wooden beams which have so many houses in Majorca. When entering, there's a sitting-dining room with fire place, A/C, a TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD player. If you fancy cooking you can cook up a feast in the fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, utensils and microwave. Additionally, there's a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
You can choose between three cozy bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with two twin beds. All of them come with closet, en-suite bath with shower or bathtub and garden access. Two cots and one high chair are available on request. Additionally, there's a separate toilet.
This house is near the city of Manacor where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and all necessary amenities you may need as a self caterer. Manacor is famous for the pearl factory Majorica. In Portocristo you will be able to visit the Drach Caves with the subterranean lake, the nice harbor and the sandy cove. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to amazing beaches like Cala Millor, Cala Bona and the safari zoo. If you're searching for nightlife, go to Cala Millor or Cala Ratjada. The nearest golf course is in Capdepera, about 22km.
