A brand new, self-contained annex with a separate entrance and exclusive use of its facilities in a picturesque, safe and quiet street opposite a common, which is home to birds and local muntjac deer. The nearest pub, 'The Three Oaks' is a 1 min walk and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. 10min walk. The property is a short (20-30 min) train journey into London Marylebone, a short drive away (15-30min) from Heathrow airport and 10-15 min drive away from Pinewood Studios.
This is a brand new annex which we built in Spring 2017. The space is very peaceful and tranquil, and you can hear the birds in the morning when you wake up. However it is very close (10 mins walk) to the hustle and bustle of the local high street which has three large supermarkets; lovely cafes which offer healthy and traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch options; restaurant; pubs and a cinema. We offer our bicycles for rental.
It is a family home so we would prefer if guests did not use our back garden.
Interaction with guests
We would be very happy to help guests with all their queries however we run a very busy household so may not always be available in person.
Other things to note
We would consider longer lets or more permanent arrangements for people who seek to be in the area regularly for work or other commitments. There is an option of offering an exclusive kitchen area for longer lets, please contact us for more information. Please note that we would only consider 1 guest for long lets and longer lets will not include any breakfast, coffee, tea or any other extras in addition to the space itself. This place would suit someone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay after work.
