Saturday - big farmers market in Fokaia
I’m not sure where in Fokaia the Saturday market is, but I’ve been told you can’t miss it, the Greek word for farmers market is laiki (the full title is laïkí agorá - but most Greeks just use the first word pronounced ‘lie-key’)

MEAT
As you drive into Fokaia it’s on the left a little after the petrol station (you can’t miss it the series big pictures of animals and prices outside) a good quality butcher that speaks English (they will mince, slice and dice your meat whichever way you want it) and reasonably priced.
